As I consult with your client on exterior and interior needs, I am able to provide them with contractors to accomplish work, de-clutter and stage their home, and track their timelines so that their to market date is met ahead of schedule.

I perform an initial consultation with your client and create a to-do list for the home owner to accomplish. This ‘Task Recommendations List’ is outlined and emailed to you and the client, so that all items can be tracked and any questions can be managed immediately. I frequently act as the general manager overseeing the prep work and timeline in bringing a home to market.

Items found within the Task Recommendations List:

  • Interior and exterior repairs
  • Needed touch ups on flooring, painting, lighting, fixtures, appliances
  • Furniture arrangements and home staging
  • De-cluttering
  • Creating exterior curb appeal

I am able to provide vetted vendors who are able to complete projects quickly and professionally.

Browning Design Group invoices the Realtor for the flat rate consultation fee which includes the Task Recommendations. The flat rate fee is based on the size of the home and property. Additional services of de-cluttering, staging, time line management, etc. are based on the extent of the proposal and are typically billed to the client.  Services are valued on reliable information provided to the client, to increase sales price. Benefits include our expertise on recommendations for exterior and interior work. The final product is a professionally staged home, ready to sell.
